Private channel operations
Privacy policy
Effective date: 22 September 2026
This policy describes how VN Mode YouTube Network, operated by VN Mode / Vitalii Nagibin, handles data for its private channel-management workflow. The application uses YouTube API Services.
Data accessed and stored
- Google authorization: OAuth access and refresh tokens, OAuth client configuration and the identifier of the authorized YouTube channel. Google passwords are not collected.
- Channel and video data: channel identifiers and names; video identifiers, titles, descriptions, visibility and processing status; available view, like and comment counts. Comment text, subscriber identities, Gmail and Google Drive files are not requested by this workflow.
- Production materials: scripts, source references, narration, images, generated video files, translations, quality reports and revision notes.
- Telegram operation: the authorized operator’s numeric account/chat identifiers, commands, review decisions and bot message identifiers needed to operate the interface.
- Operational information: job states, timestamps, technical error types and backup metadata.
Purpose and data sharing
Data is used to prepare and review videos, carry out authorized YouTube actions, show counters, prevent duplicate uploads and recover from failures. Uploaded video content and metadata are sent to YouTube. Previews, translations and operational messages requested by the operator are sent through Telegram. The application runs on infrastructure hosted by Beget. The operator and authorized technical administrators can access information needed to operate and maintain the system.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are installed on this information website. These static pages do not set application cookies or contain a sign-in form. Hosting and network providers process connection information as necessary to deliver the pages.
Storage and protection
Credentials are stored in restricted files outside the source-code repository. Configuration and credential backups are encrypted separately from database backups. Video masters and review materials are retained to support downloads and revisions. Database records and backups may retain previous operational states. Access controls and encryption reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
Retention, revocation and deletion
Data is retained for the connected channel’s operation, review history and recovery. To disconnect a channel or request deletion of locally stored data, contact the operator at support@vn-mode.com, identifying the channel and requested scope of deletion. The operator verifies control of the channel before acting. Deleting local information and deleting a video from YouTube are separate actions; state explicitly if you also want a YouTube video removed.
You can revoke the app’s access at any time through Google’s security permissions page. Revocation prevents future authorized API access; it does not itself delete videos already uploaded to YouTube or messages already delivered through Telegram. Ask the operator to remove retained local information and relevant backup copies as part of a deletion request.
Third-party policies and contact
Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. Telegram and Beget operate under their own applicable policies.
